The developers of Appy Holi were inspired by the Hindu tradition “Festival of Colors'' when making this app. On this festival, the Hindu people celebrate and dance on the street while splashing different colored powders. They apply the colored paint on their skin, on lamp posts, and anywhere possible. In this application, although you won't be dancing on the streets, you will still be able to have fun with colors.

All you have to do is take a photo or import one from your gallery, then choose your method of paint. You can select the water balloon, hand prints, powder, or pen. You can even mix and match if you like. There’s also no limit to what you can do. Cover the whole picture or only draw additional illustrations like wings or horns perhaps. 

This lovely app has a simple user interface. It is also light and won’t take up too much space in your storage. However, the app doesn’t work on newer device versions. So if your device is up to date or has been recently optimized then you won’t be able to install this app. You might want to consider downloading similar apps instead.
